As the first quarter comes to a close, it's time to assess your practice's performance; you should now have all the quarter's results.
This is an excellent opportunity to pinpoint areas for potential cost savings, billings increase, or opportunities to optimize staffing. Pay close attention to any deviations from your expected benchmarks and set targets for the remaining three quarters of the year.
What is your profit?
What are your expenses for that first quarter?
Did you set a budget?
How did you go in comparison to your budget?
In what areas do you have an opportunity to save some money?
Or increase your billing somehow by bringing new patients
Or new practitioners, or are your wages over the benchmarks?
